Construction for this 26 Story project (22 Stories above, 4 Below) is projected to be steel-reinforced concrete using a grid of supporting columns and shear walls as required for lateral support. The 4-Levels of underground parking are projected to consist of shotcrete retaining walls at the perimeter with formed columns in the interior. Above ground, the 22 stories of concrete walls and columns will be cast in place.
